What we collect, and why.
This site collects information in one place only: the assessment enquiry form.
What is collected
When you submit the assessment form we store the answers you provide: your name, work email, organization, role, where you are with AI today, the workflow in question, and the decision you are trying to make. We also store the page the form was submitted from, the referring page if your browser sends one, and any campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) present in the link you arrived through.
Why it is collected
The information is used to prepare for and respond to your enquiry and to understand which channels bring enquiries to the site.
How it is stored and accessed
Submissions are stored in the site's restricted database and are not exposed through the public website. The form writes through server-side application code rather than allowing visitors direct database access.
Asking about your information
To ask about the information you submitted, request a correction, or request deletion of your submission, email CLconsultingcorp@gmail.com.
